ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTIFICATION UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be
acquired for Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project Project for Highways purpose to wit for the Formation of Road
from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram in No.25. Kizhanur Village of Tiruvallur Taluk in Tiruvallur District and it having
already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the lands
controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section
15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the
Governor of Tamil Nadu herby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 5,647 Sq.Mtrs, of Wet,
Dry and Manavari land to the same a little more or less needed for Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways
purpose to wit for the Formation of Road from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram in No.25. Kizhanur Village of Tiruvallur
Taluk in Tiruvallur District.
The Plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Peripheral
Ring Road Project, Chennai-600 058 and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road
Project, Unit-III, No.6, 1st Floor, Lal Bahadur Sastri Street, Periyakuppam, Tiruvallur-602 001 and may be inspected
at any time during the office hours.
