NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired
for the Highways Department to wit for the formation of By-Pass to Tiruchengode Town in Elayampalayam Village,
Tiruchengode Taluk of Namakkal District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be
awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice
is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 0.16.88 Hectare,
Elayampalayam Village, Tiruchengode Taluk of Namakkal District to the same, a little more or less needed for formation of
By-Pass to Tiruchengode Town of Tiruchengode Taluk of Namakkal District
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, LA, TNRSP-II, Chennai-32 and the
Special Tahsildar (LA), CKICP, Tiruchengode Unit may be inspected on any day during office hours.

for the Highways Department to wit for the Widening and Strengthening of SH-86 Omalur – Sankari – Tiruchengode –
Paramathi Road from 29.160 km to 29.850 km in 60. Erumaipatti (Part–2) Village of Edappadi Taluk, Salem District and it
having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds
controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of ection 15 of
the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1257 sq. mtr,
in 60. Erumaipatti (Part–2) Village, Edappadi Taluk of Salem District to the same, a little more or less needed for Widening
and Strengthening from 29.160 km to 29.850 km in SH-86 Omalur – Sankari – Tiruchengode – Paramathi Road.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, LA, CKICP, Salem and the Special
Tahsildar (LA), CKICP, Sankari at Omalur Taluk office campus may be inspected on any day during office hours.

controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), CKICP, Tirunelveli. The following notice is issued under
sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road in certain villages in Thoothukudi and Tirunelveli Districts in Cherankoilpathu
(Addl-II) Village of Cheranmahadevi Taluk in Tirunelveli District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA), CKICP, Plot No.B39,19th
Cross Street, Maharaja Nagar, Tirunelveli 627 011 and office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), CKICP, Tirunelveli may be

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to
be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for widening the State Highways Road SH-40-I Tiruchendur
– Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road (From K.M. of 0/750 to K.M.51/310) in certain
Villages in Tirunelveli andThoothukudi Districts in Thenthiruperai (Addl-II) Village of Eral Thaluk in
Thoothukudi District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded
for the lands is to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by the State Highways Department.
The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001
(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu
Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below
measuring an Extent of 226 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less needed for purpose for widening
the State Highways Road SH-40-I Tiruchendur–Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road (From K.M.
of 0/750 to K.M.51/310) incertain villages in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi District in Thenthiruperai
(Addl-II) Village of Eral Taluk in Thoothukudi District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA), CKICP, Plot
No.B39, 19th Cross Street Maharaja Nagar, Tirunelveli, and the Office of the Special Tahsildar (LA),
CKICP, Tirunelveli may be inspected on any day during office hours.
