Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 6.50.5 hectares of land is required in the 01. Kulasegaranallur Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk
in Thanjavur District for a public purpose, namely, in Construction of Barrage with head Sluice Across River Coleroon in Adhanur-Kumaramangalam Village of
Cuddalore and Mayiladuthurai District.
Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 6.50.5 hectares is under acquisition for the above said project in the
01. Kulasegaranallur Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk in Thanjavur District whose detailed description is as follows:

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under Section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013). There is no any resettlement components for acquisition of land.
Mines of coal, iron - stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land except such parts of the mines and minerals which
may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer and Water Resource Department on any working day.

G.O.Ms.No. 94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)
No. 105 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 06.03.2024 subject to conditions the following
variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published
in the G.O.Ms. No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94
at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of
COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Pichanur Village, Page No. 339 S.F. Nos. 1/3A, 1/3B the
following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Industrial land use zone” (I 20) the expression S.F.No. 1/3A, 1/3B shall be added before
S.F.No: 465
Under the heading “Agricultural land use zone” (AG 31) the expression S.F.Nos: 1 shall be deleted and the
expression S.F. No.1 [Except 1/3A, 1/3B] shall be substituted.
