NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL

PURPOSES ACT, 1997

No.VI(1)/416(c-1)/2024.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Industrial Purpose to wit to the Formation of New Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in

Naikkanahalli Village of Dharmapuri Taluk in Dharmapuri District, and it having already been decided that the amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Southern Railways.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial

Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring 73612 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose wit, for the Formation

of New Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Morappur and Dharmapuri in Naikkanahalli Village of Dharmapuri Taluk

in Dharmapuri District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Land Acquisition Officer, District Revenue Officer and Special

Tahsildar (LA), Dharmapuri which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be

acquired for highways purposes to wit for the Construction of Widening from Two lane to four lane Road K.M.24/8

to 29/4 K.M. of Palladam-Dharapuram Road (SH174A) in Kundadam Village of Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District

and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of

the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways, (Construction and Maintenance).The following notice

is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 100 Sq.mtrs., to the

same, a little more or less needed for the Construction of Widening from Two lane to four lane Road K.M.24/8

to 29/4 K.M. of Palladam-Dharapuram Road (SH174A) in Kundadam Village of Dharapuram Taluk,Tiruppur District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA&M), South Taluk Office

Campus, Coimbatore -18 may be inspected on any day during office hours.
