ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH

THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION)

ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road for providing connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram at

Tiruvallur District, Tiruvallur Taluk, No.33.Ammanambakkam and it having already been decided that the entire amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways

Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001

(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Dry and Manavari Patta lands specified in the schedule below measuring

0.53.40 Hectare / 5,340 Sq.Mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of road

for providing road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project,

by Highways department.

The Plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Peripheral

Ring Road Project, Chennai-600 058 and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road

Project, Unit-III, No.6, 1st Floor, Lal Bahadur Sastri Street, Periyakuppam, Tiruvallur-602001 and may be inspected

at any time during the office hours.

NOTICE

Under sub – Section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu herby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 4,207 Sq.Mtrs. (0.42.07

Hectare) of Dry and Manavari land to the same a little more or less needed for Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project

for Highways purpose to wit for the Formation of road from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram in No.32.Velliyur-A Village

of Tiruvallur Taluk in Tiruvallur District.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai Peripheral Ring

Road Project, Chennai and office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-III, No.6,

1st Floor, Lal Bhadur Shastri Street, Periyakuppam, Tiruvallur-602001 may be inspected on any day during office hours.
