The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for highways purposes to wit to the Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Strengthening and Widening

of SH- 115 Cheyyur to Polur Road at KM 0/000 to 2/345 KM, No.63, Cheyyur-B - ECR Link (Add-II) Village,

Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be

awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai –

Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project Vandhavasi. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of

the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

54 Sq.mtrs to the same a little more or less needed for the Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for

highways purposes wit, for Strengthening and Widening of SH- 115, Cheyyur to Polur Road at KM 0/000 to 2/345 KM,

No.63 Cheyyur-B ECR Link (Add-II) Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

The plan of the land are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram, and the office of the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition) Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Cheyyur Unit, Chengalpattu may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule

below has to be acquired for Industrial purposes for the formation of Corridor - 4 - 26 Kumananchavadi Metro Station

and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of

the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Land/lands specified in the Schedule below

and measuring 350 Sq.mtrs (or) 3767.4 Sq.ft. to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purposes wit, for the

formation of Corridor - 4 - 26 Kumananchavadi Metro Station.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Chennai Metro Rail Limited,

Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.
