GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 214/2021/GLPA)

No. VI(1)/439/2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and

Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O (2D) Ms.No.125, Housing and

Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dt: 12.03.2024 has permitted to change of land use of a survey numbers

making the following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the

said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/610/2000,

dated 07.06.2000, at Page No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 7th June 2000.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE' of VILLAGE NUMBER; 140 Annappa Naikankuppam

under the heading:

VI. AGRICULTURAL USE ZONE: instead of the expression Survey Nos. 141 to 144, Survey No. 141

(except S.Nos. 141/12, 14, 16, 17, 18) 142 to 144 shall be substituted.

Under the heading III - INDUSTRIAL USE ZONE, under the sub heading III (b) - GENERAL INDUSTRIAL USE

ZONE, Survey Nnumbers. 141/12, 14, 16, 17, 18-shall be added.

Variations to the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 848/2023/TD/TLPA)

No. VI(1)/440/2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and

Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No. 94

Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Mixed Residential use zone ordered in

G.O.(2D) No. 61, Housing and Urban Development [UD.4(CLU-1)] Department dated 20.02.2024. The following

variations are made to the Master Plan of Review Approved Tiruppur Local Planning Authority under the said Act and

published in the G.O.Ms.No. 280, Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)] dated 27.10.2006 Notification

No.II(2)/HOU/573/2006, at Page 375 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,

dated the 22nd November 2006.

Draft Variations

In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of

Tiruppur Local Planning Area under heading in MUTHANNAM PALAYAM VILLAGE Page S-57 & S-58 in

S.F.Nos. 96/1A3, 98/1A1B, 98/1B1B & 99/1A2, the following entries should be made.

(i)

Against the entry of "AGRICULTURAL USE (AG)" use zone the expression 96, 98 to 104 shall

be deleted and the expression 96 part (except 96/1A3), 98 part (except 98/1A1B, 98/1B1B),

99 part (except 99/1A2) 100 to 104 shall be inserted.

(ii)

Against the "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)" the expression 96/1A3, 98/1A1B, 98/1B1B & 99/1A2,

shall be added after the expression 68 to 74.

No. VI(1)/441/2024.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country

Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No. 94,

Housing and Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page - 228, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use Zone ordered in

G.O.(2B) No. 64, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1] Department, dated 20.02.2024, the following

variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said Act and

published in the G.O.Ms.No. 153 H & UD [UD4(2)], dated 20.06.2013, Notification No. 28, at page No. 481 of

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 17th July 2013.

Variation

In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram

Local Planning Area under heading in 52. Thaiyur Village - Page No.120 the following entries should be made.

Thaiyur Village, against the entry 1. Residential use Zone the following Survey Number shall be added

S.No: 61/3, 62/2A1, 62/2A2, 64/2A, 64/2B, 64/3B1, 64/3B2 After the S.No.26/3.

Thaiyur Village, against the entry 7, Agricultural Use Zone the following survey number shall be substituted

58 to 60, 61 (except 61/3) 62 (except 62/2A1, 62/2A2), 63, 64 (except 64/2A, 64/2B, 64/3B1, 64/3B2),

65 instead of 58 to 65.

Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94,

Housing and Urban Development Department [UD4(1)] dated, 12.6.2009, which has been published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated 15.7.2009 the following variations

are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said Act and

published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No. 319 of

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 2nd September 2009.

Draft Variations

In the said Master Plan in the ‘LAND USE SCHEDULE’ under the heading Srirangam, Ward–I , Block-26,

Comprising T.S.No.930 to 965".

(i)

Against the entry

under Institutional (P&S) the following expression S.F.No. 934/1 &

934/2 shall be added.

(ii)

Against the entry

Agricultural (AG) the expression 931 to 936 shall be deleted and

the expression 931 to 933, 934 (except 934/1, 2) 935, 936 shall be

substituted.

* Old Ward-I should be co-related as ward-A in the above mentioned schedule.
