In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments

(Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 2018), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 02.07.2024,

as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
