NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

[LA-V2/6248897/2023]

No.VI(1)/460(a-1)/2024.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are to be

acquired for highways purposes under Pallur to Sogandy Road Extension for Widening of SH- Pallur - Sogandy Road

at KM 16/8 – 23/8 KM in Sogandy Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it having already

been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled

or managed by the Divisional Engineer (H) (C&M), Kancheepuram. The following notice is issued under sub-section

(1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 11064

Sq.mt to the same, a little more or less needed for highways purpose wit, for the Widening of Pallur - Sogandy Road

Extension at KM 16/8 to KM 23/8 in Sogandy Village in Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District,

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and the office of the Special Tahsildar

(Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road, Unit-5, Kancheepuram in Kancheepuram District may be inspected

at any time during the office hours.

Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

    Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act,

1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule

below measuring an extent of 21.7450 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit,

for SIPCOT - SIPCOT Industrial Park.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Virudhunagar Expansion Scheme and it having already been decided that

the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by

the Managing Director, SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu

Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

    Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act,

1997(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule

below measuring an extent of 12.9550 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit,

for SIPCOT - Virudhunagar Expansion Scheme.

    The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO (LA), Virudhunagar and Special Tahsildar (LA),

Unit, Virudhunagar which may be inspected on any day during office hours.
