CONSTITUTION OF A SUB COURT AT RAJAPALAYAM IN VIRUDHUNAGAR DISTRICT

In exercise of the powers conferred under the first proviso to Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act,

1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the High Court, Madras hereby directs that appeals from the decrees or orders

of the District Munsif Court at Rajapalayam be preferred in the Court of Subordinate Judge at Rajapalayam with

effect from the date on which the Subordinate Judge, Rajapalayam assumes charge of that Court.
