From Tmt. P. Tina Kumari, District Revenue Officer/

Joint Director, TNeGA, Chennai, letter dated: Nil.

Order No. 464, Public (Special-B), 2nd July 2024.

In the reference cited, Tmt. P. Tina Kumari, District

Revenue Officer/Joint Director, TNeGA, Chennai has

requested to correct her name as Tmt. "P. Tina" instead

of Tmt. "P. Tina Kumari". In this regard, she has submitted

the copy of Tamil Nadu Government Gazete, Orginal

Deed for State Government Employee for change of

Name/Surname, and Newspapers.

2. The Government have carefully examined the

request of the officer and decided to accept the same.

3. Accordingly, the Government, direct that the change

of name of the Officer be noted and adopted in all official

records and correspodence as "Tmt. P. Tina" instead of

"Tmt. P. Tina Kumari".
