Housing and Urban Development Department [UD 4 (1)] dated 12.6.2009, which has been published in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228 dated 15.7.2009 the following variations

are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and

published in the Housing and Urban Development Department notification No.II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No. 319

of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 2nd September 2009.

Draft Variations

In the said Master Plan in the 'LAND USE SCHEDULE' under the heading No.11, Pallur Comprising

S.F.Nos.1 to 114.

(i) Against the entry Residential (MR) the following expression S.F.No.15/1A shall be added after the entry 13.

(ii) Against the entry Agricultural (AG) the expression S.F.No.15 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No,15

(except 15/1A) shall be substituted.

Against the entry of "AGRICULTURAL USE (AG)" use zone the expression 377 to 395 shall be deleted

722/1B, 731/1B, 732/1F and 732/2C the following entries should be made.

Under the heading “Residential Land use zone" the expression S.F.No. 722/1B, 731/1B, 732/1F and 732/2C,

shall be added after the S.F.No. 686.

Under the heading Agricultural land use" the expression S.F.Nos: 722pt, 727 to 731, 732pt shall be deleted and the

expression S.F.No. 722pt (Except 722/1B), 727 to 730, 731pt (Except 731/1B, 1F) 732pt (Except 732/2C) shall be

substituted.

Sanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023) [came into effect on 01.07.2024], the High Court hereby appoints the following

8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruchirappalli District as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training

for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable

under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile

Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
