AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

[G.O.Rt.No. 473, Home (Transport-I), 19th July 2024.]

No. II(1)/HO/15(c)/2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 99 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act

59 of 1988), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notification

No.II(1)/HO/10(t)/2024, published at pages 1 to 6 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the

14th June 2024, namely:-

Amendment.

In the said Notification, in para 2 for the expression “Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department,

Chennai - 600 009, to be held at 11.00 A.M. on 22.07.2024 in the 10th Floor Conference Hall of the Secretariat Building,

Chennai - 600 009”, the expression “Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Home Department, Chennai-600 009, to

be held at 11.00 A.M, on 22.07.2024 in the Kalaivanar Arangam, Wallahjah Road, Chennai-600 005” shall be substituted.
