NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION(1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are to be acquired

for highways purposes to wit, for the Strengthening and Widening of Pallur-Sogandy Road at Km 16/8 to 23/8 Km.

Thodur – Kannathangal Road Km 6/8 to 7/2 and Kannanthangal Panchayath Road Extension in Kannanthangal

Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of

compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer

(H) (C&M), Kancheepuram. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways

Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquire the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 13437 Sq.mt of Dry

lands in Kannanthangal Villages, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District to the same, a little more or less needed

for State Highways purposes to wit, for Strengthening and Widening of Pallur-Sogandy Road at Km 16/8 to 23/8 Km.,

Thodur – Kannathangal Road Km 6/8 to 7/2 and Kannanthangal Panchayath Road Extension.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai –

Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and the Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition),

Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram may be inspected on any day during the oﬃ ce hours.

acquired for the Highways purposes to wit for the formation of the Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town via 10 Villages from

Keelathiruthangal to Thiruthangal in Vetrilaiyurani Village of Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District and it having already

been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or

managed by Chief Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Guindy, Chennai. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 91292 sq. meters in

Vetrilaiyurani Village of Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District to the same, a little more or less needed for public purposes

for formation of Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town via 10 Villages from Keelathiruthangal to Thiruthangal.

The plan of the lands is kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer(LA), Tamil Nadu Road Sector

Project - II, Tiruchirappalli and may be inspected on any day during oﬃ ce hours.
