of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act,

1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the procurement of

Green Manure Seeds by the Director of Agriculture

Department from the National Seeds Corporation for the

year 2024-2025.

Amendment to Notification

[G.O. (Rt.) No. 494, Commercial Taxes and Registration

(J1), 30th July 2024, ஆடி 14, குர�ோதி, F¼õœÀõ˜

݇´-2055.]

No. II(2)/CTR/756/2024.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 9

of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby make the following

amendment to the Notification No. II(2)/CTR/266/2024

and Notification No. II(2)/CTR/267/2024 published in page

181 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government

Gazette No. 14, dated 03.04.2024.

Amendment

(a) For the expression "Rs. 1,35,00,000/- (Rupees One

Crore and Thirty Five Lakh Only)" appearing in the

said notification, the expression "Rs. 1,55,00,000/-

(Rupees One Crore and Fifty Five Lakh Only)"

shall be substituted.

(b) For the expression "31st March 2025" appearing in

the said notification, the expression, "31st March

2026", shall be substituted.
