The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Highways Department to wit for the formation of By-Pass to Namakkal Town in Muthalaipatti (Part-3) and Marurpatti

(Part-3) Villages of Namakkal Taluk & District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation

to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department.

The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu

Act 34 of 2002).

Notice

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

207 sq. meter in Muthalaipatti (Part-3) and Marurpatti (Part-3) Villages of Namakkal Taluk & District to the same, a little

more or less needed for the formation of By-Pass to Namakkal Town.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, LA, TNRSP-II, Chennai-32,

and the Special Tahsildar (LA), CKICP, Namakkal may be inspected on any day during office hours.

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for Formation of ‘Corridor - 5 - Kaliamman Kovil Street Road Widening’and having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the

funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of

of the funds controlled and managed by Divisional Engineer (N), Chennai Metropolitan Development Project. The following

notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 11286

Sq.mtrs., to the same a little more or less needed for the highways purpose for Forming Link Road and Construction

acquired under Comprehensive Road Infrastructure Development Programme for Highways purpose for the Formation of

Link Road to Thiruporur – Nemmeli Road to ECR, at Nemmeli Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and it having

already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled

and managed by Divisional Engineer (H), Chengalpattu. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15

of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 3931 Sq. mtrs to the

same a little more or less needed for IT Corridor Scheme for Highways Purpose, to wit for formation of Link Road to

Thiruporur – Nemmeli Road to ECR, at Nemmeli Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District

The plan of the lands is kept in the oﬃce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃcer (L.A), Chennai-Kanyakumari

Industrial Corridor Project, Kancheepuram and oﬃce of the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition), Land Acquisition and

Management, Tambaram Unit in Chengalpattu District may be inspected on any day during office hours.
