No. II(1)/AGFW/20/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the

Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby confirms the regulation of marketing of Gloriosa superba seeds in the notified market areas specified in column

(3) of the TABLE below. The intention to make such a declaration having been previously published vide Agriculture and

Farmers Welfare Department Notification No.II(1)/AGFW/27/2023, at pages 96-97 of Part-II-Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu

Government Gazette dated the 16th August 2023, as required by section 3 of the said Act.

No. II(1)/AGFW/21/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 9 read

with section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention of regulating the marketing of Blackgram, Greengram and

Cowpea in the notified market areas specified in column (2) of the TABLE below.

section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention of regulating the marketing of Moth Bean in the notified market areas
