AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952

(Central Act LX of 1952), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Public

(Law and Order-F) Department Notification No.II(2)/PULO/502(c)/2024, dated 20.06.2024 published at pages 1-2 of

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 20th June 2024, as subsequently

amended.

Amendment

In the said Notification, in paragraph 4, for the expression “three months”, the expression “six months” shall be

substituted.
