NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU APARTMENT OWNERSHIP ACT, 2022.

In exercise of powers conferred under clause (l) of Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership

Act, 2022 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 2022), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifies the respective District

Registrars of the Registration Department as the competent authorities for the purpose of carrying out the

provisions of the said Act except Section 13 of the Act and the rules made thereunder.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 2022

(Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 2022), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the jurisdictional Deputy Inspector

Generals of Registration as the appellate authorities for the purposes of the above Act.
