NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁed that the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below are to

be acquired for highways purposes to wit for the Construction of Road Over Bridge Service Road the State

Highways Road- 09, Cuddalore - Madapattu Road at Km 23/650 to Km 24/800, at Kanisapakkam - I

(Additional - III) Village, Panruti Taluk of Cuddalore District and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Divisional

Engineer, Cuddalore, (CKICP). The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the

Tamil Nadu Highways Act. 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub – section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

9895 Sq.mtrs to the same a little more or less needed for the highways purpose for the Construction of Road Over

Bridge Service Road the State Highways Road-09,Cuddalore-Madapattu Road at Km 23/650 to Km 24/800,

at Kanisapakkam - I (Additional - III) Village, Panruti Taluk of Cuddalore District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the oﬃce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃcer (L.A),Chennai-

Kanyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, District Collector Oﬃce Campus, Revenue Divisional Oﬃcer, First Floor,

Kancheepuram–631 501 and oﬃce of the Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition), CKICP, Cuddalore – Madapattu Unit,

Cuddalore District may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL

PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule below has to

be acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Formation of “Corridor - 4 - 9, 10 - Natesan Park, Cross Over and

Panagal Park Metro Station” and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded

for the land is to be paid out of the funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued

under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below and measuring 34 Sq.mtrs., (or) 365.976 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes,

to wit, for the Formation of “Corridor - 4 - 9, 10 - Natesan Park, Cross Over and Panagal Park Metro Station”.

The plans of the land is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited,

Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.
