In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban

Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning

Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following

variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu

Under the heading “Residential MR-37, use zone" the expression S.F.No. 280/2 shall be added after the

entry S.F. No. 246.

Under the heading “Agricultural AG-62 use zone” the expression S.F.Nos: 280 to 285 shall be deleted the

Expression S.F. Nos. 280 (Except 280/2), 281 to 285 shall be substituted.

G.O.(2B) No. 168, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1] Department, dated 07.06.2024, the following

variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said Act and

published in the G.O.Ms.No. 153 H & UD [UD4(2)], dated 20.06.2013, Notiﬁ cation No. 28, at page No. 481 of

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 17th July 2013.

Local Planning Area under heading in 112. Kalavakkam Village - Page No.126 the following entries should be made.

Kalavakkam Village, against the entry 3b. General Industrial use Zone the following Survey Number shall be added

S.No: 258/12A (Old S.No. 199/2pt).

Kalavakkam Village, against the entry 9, Transportation the following survey number shall be substituted as

except S.No. 258/2A (which is the integral part of S.No. 199).

dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority which was Review

approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated: 01.11.2010

and in Notiﬁ cation No : II(2)HOU/700/2010 at page No : 815, of Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

dated: 24.11.2010.

In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Residential use in

Inamkarur Village at Page No : 86 with regard S.F.Nos: 316/3F2, 317/8 the following entries should be made;

Against the entry Residential use zone S.Nos. 316pt, 317 shall be deleted and S.Nos.316pt (except 316/3F2), 317

(except 317/8) shall be inserted.

Against the entry Industrial use zone S.Nos.316/3F2, 317/8 shall be inserted.

No. 291/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha

Sanhita, 2023 (Act 46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in

Namakkal District and (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Madurai District, as Special Judicial Magistrates,

to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon

them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier

triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
