The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be

acquired for Industrial Purposes, for the Formation of ‘Corridor - 4 - 21 - Porur Junction Metro Station’ and has

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the

funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of

the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below and measuring 545 Sq.mtrs., (or) 5866.38 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial

Purposes, to wit, for the Formation of ‘Corridor - 4 - 21 - Porur Junction Metro Station’.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail

Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be

acquired for the Highways Department to wit for the formation of By-Pass Road in SH- 86 Omalur – Sankari –

Thiruchengode – Paramathi Road from 9.000 k.m to 9.225 k.m in 47. Kasthuripatti (Part–3) Village of Sankari Taluk,

Salem District and it has already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to

be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

1190 sq. meter in 47. Kasthuripatti (Part–3) Village of Sankari Taluk, Salem District to the same, a little more or

less needed f o r the formation of By-Pass Road in SH- 86 Omalur – Sankari – Thiruchengode – Paramathi Road

from 9.000 k.m to 9.225 k.m.

or managed by Chief Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Guindy, Chennai. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 200159

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of Outer Ring Road to Sivakasi Town via in

10 Villages from Keelathiruthangal to Thiruthangal in Anaiyur Village, Sivakasi Taluk of Virudhunagar District.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for Highways Department to wit for Construction of Junction Improvement at Western Bye-Pass Road to Aruppukottai

Town from NH.45B to NH.45B (New NH.38) in Virudhunagar District and it having already been decided that the

amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chief

Engineer (Projects), Highways Department, Guindy, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub- section (1) of

section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 16016

Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Construction of Junction Improvement at Western Bye-Pass

Road to Aruppukottai Town from NH.45B to NH.45B (New NH.38) in Virudhunagar District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA), TNRSP-II, Corporation

Over Water Tank Complex, Dindigul Road, (KPN Parcel Service Opposite), Tiruchirappalli, may be inspected on any

day during office hours.‑
