DATE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF THE TAMIL NADU LAND CONSOLIDATION

(FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS) ACT, 2023 (TAMIL NADU ACT 23 OF 2023).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu

Land Consolidation (for Special projects) Act, 2023(Tamil Nadu Act 23 of 2023),the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 18th October 2024, as the date on which the said Act shall

come into force.
