No. II(2)/ECCF/1081/2024.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (3) of section 40 of the

Water (Prevention and Control of Pollutiion) Act, 1974

(Central Act 6 of 1974), the Governor of Tamil Nadu,

on the advice of the Comptroller and Auditor General

of India hereby appoints Tvl. SBSB AND ASSOCIATES

(MD 1064) Old No. H 43/1, New No. H 13, 5th Street,

Anna Nagar East, Chennai-600 102, Tamil Nadu,

as Auditors for auditing the accounts of the

Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board, Chennai, for the

financial year 2024-2025.
