AMENDMENTS TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (5) of section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Manual
Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 33 of 1982), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department
Notification No.II(2)/LWSD/243(a)/2023 published at pages 1-3 of Part II–Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 8th March 2023.
Amendments.
In the said Notification, -
(1) under the heading, “A. Representatives of the Government.”, in serial No.3, for the expression
“The Secretary to Government (Legal Affairs), Law Department, Chennai-9”, the expression “The Secretary to Government,
Law Department, Chennai – 600 009” shall be substituted.
(2) under the heading, “C. Representatives of Manual Workers.”, for the item,
