The Government have considered the recommendation

of the High Court of Madras to depute the following District

Judges are as follows:-

(1) Thiru. D.V.Aanand, District Judge of Tamil Nadu

State Judicial Service, functioning as Principal District

Judge, Dharmapuri, to the Puducherry Judicial Service

for being posted in the Union Territory of Puducherry as

Chief Judge, Puducherry, Vice Thiru. T. Chandrasekaran,

ordered to be transferred;

(2) Thiru.Pa.U.Chemmal, District Judge of

Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service, functioning as Principal

District Judge, Kancheepuram, to the Puducherry Judicial

Service for being posted in the UnionTerritory of Puducherry

as District Judge, Karaikal vice Thiru. S. Muruganantham,

and

(3) Thiru.K.Mohan, Promotee District Judge of

Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service, functioning as Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur, to the Puducherry Judicial

Service for being posted in the Union Territory of Puducherry

as II Additional District Judge, Puducherry in the existing

vacancy.

2. The Government accordingly direct that

Thiru.D.V.Aanand, District Judge of Tamil Nadu State

Judicial Service to the Puducherry Judicial Service for

being posted in the Union Territory of Puducherry as

Chief Judge, Puducherry, vice Thiru.T.Chandrasekaran

ordered to be transferred, Thiru.Pa.U.Chemmal, District

Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service to the

Puducherry Judicial Service for being posted in the

Union Territory of Puducherry as District Judge,

Karaikal vice Thiru.S.Muruganantham and Thiru.K.Mohan,

Promotee District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial

Service to the Puducherry Judicial Service for being posted

in the Union Territory of Puducherry as II Additional District

Judge, Puducherry in the existing vacancy.
