DECLARATION OF INTENTION TO PREPARE THE LAND POOLING AREA DEVELOPMENT

SCHEME UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1971

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 39-I of the Tamil Nadu

Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

extend the period for publication of the draft Madambakkam Land Pooling Area Development Scheme to

an extent of 242.81 Hectares (600 acres) for a further period of six months from 14th December 2024.
