APPOINTMENT OF PERSON AS MEMBER OF TAMIL NADU WAQF BOARD UNDER THE WAQF ACT, 1995.

In exercise of powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (9) of Section 14 and the

powers conferred by Section 21 of the Waqf Act, 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

appoints  Thiru. Ghulam  Mohammed  Mehdi  Khan as Member of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board under the category of

Scholar in Shia Islamic Theology.
