In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.

(Act No:35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings ROC: No:9457/2024/TCP5,

dated:21.11.2024 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for conversion or Agriculture use into

Residential use in S.No: 81/1, Sevilimedu "A" Village, Extent of, 2500.00 Sq.m as per patta (0.62 Acres) to the Approved

Sevilimedu Detailed Development Plan No:III of Kancheepurarn Local Planning Area consented by the Director of Town

and Country Planning's proceedings ROC.No: 19800/2010/DP1, dated:05.09.2011 and the fact of this approval in Form No:

12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No:36, Part VI—Sec-1 page No:344, dated:21.09.2011, publication

No: VI (1)/356/2011.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this

notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary,

Kancheepuram Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local
