AMENDMENTS TO THE TAMIL NADU ELECTRICITY RESTRUCTURING AND TRANSFER SCHEME, 2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (4), (5) and (6) of Section 131 and Section 133 of the

Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby issues the following amendments to the

Tamil Nadu Electricity Restructuring and Transfer Scheme, 2024:-

Amendments.

In the said Scheme,-

(1) in clause (2), in sub-clause (b), for the expression “01.04.2023”, the expression “01.04.2024” shall be

substituted;

(2) in clause (4), for the expression “Sixth day of March 2024” occurring in   three places, the expression

“appointed date” shall be substituted.
