In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971.

(Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the proceedings Roc.No.25326/2024/DDP/TCP-3,

dated: 28.11.2024 proposes to make the following individual draft variation from Agricultural use into Residential use for the

land in Ward No.AN (40), Block No.5, T.S.Nos.26/5, 26/6 & 26/7 (old S.F.No.162/2pt), Extent:0.34.81 Hectare (0.86 Acres)

in Puliyakulam Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore / Corporation District to the approved Singanallur Detailed

Development Plan No.51, Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved by the Special Commissioner, Director of Town and

Country Planning’s Proceedings Roc.No.2563/2000/DP2, dated:21.01.2003 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12

published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.13 Part VI—Section 1, Page No.167, dated:02.04.2003 publication

No.VI(1)/169/2003.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication

of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member

Secretary, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local

Planning Authority office.

1. Wherever the expression “Map No.4 & 5, DDP (CR)/DTCP/SPL. CTCP No.01/2003 occurs the expression

DDP (V)/DTCP No.13/2024 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

Condition:

There is a channel in the east and south side of the proposed site on the western side of the site, there

is Rukmani bound and a channel. As per FMB, there is a water body (Patta Channel) passing through the site. That

Patta Channel has to be re-routed within the premise of the site and development has to be carried out retaining the

patta channel. Also, development works has to be followed with regard to water bodies.

Development works should be carried out as per Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules

2019.

2023, the High Court hereby appoints Thiru.Himanshu Mangal, lAS., Assistant Collector (Training) [I.A.S. Probationer of

2023 batch] to be the Special Judicial Magistrate in the Virudhunagar District, from the date of assumption of charge.

Further, the aforementioned I.A.S. Probationer is permitted to record the evidence and write judgments and orders in

English. The powers may be withdrawn as and when he completes his training to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Srivilliputhur and confer upon him the ordinary powers conferrable under this Code on a Magistrate to try such
