SEVERAL PERSONS ON 19.06.2024 AND 20.06.2024 - EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF THE COMMISSION

OF INQUIRY FROM 20.12.2024 TO 31.01.2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952

(Central Act LX of 1952), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Public (Law and

Order-F) Department Notification No.II(2)/PULO/502(c)/2024, dated 20.06.2024 published at pages 1-2 of Part II—Section 2

of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 20th June 2024, as subsequently amended.

Amendment

In the said Notification, in paragraph 4, for the expression “six months”, the expression “seven months and eleven

days” shall be substituted.
