INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO - New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 16.4800 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

TIDCO - New Green Field Airport.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special Tahsildar(LA),

Unit, Kancheepuram which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO - New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the amount

TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 10.7107 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

TIDCO - New Green Field Airport.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special Tahsildar(LA),

Unit, Kancheepuram which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 11.9482 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for

TIDCO - New Green Field Airport.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special Tahsildar(LA),

Unit, Kancheepuram which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired

for industrial purpose to wit to TIDCO - New Green Field Airport and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing

Director, TIDCO. The following notice is issued under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land

for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999)

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below

measuring an extent of 9.3150 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for TIDCO

- New Green Field Airport.

The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Special DRO(LA), Kancheepuram and Special Tahsildar(LA),

Unit, Kancheepuram which may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

No.VI(1)/15(a-10)/2025.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be

acquired for Highways Department to wit for the “formation of Widening and Strengthening of SH-86 Omalur – Sankari

– Thiruchengode – Paramathi Road from (From k.m.12/150 – k.m 12/160)” in Kurukkupatti Village in Omalur Taluk,

in Salem District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands

are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

47 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the “Widening and Strengthening of SH-86 Omalur – Sankari

– Thiruchengode – Paramathi Road from (From k.m.12/150 – k.m 12/160)”.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer, (LA), Highways, Collectorate,

Salem and office of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways Salem Unit-1, Collector Office Campus Salem may be

inspected on any day during office hours.
