DATE OF COME INTO FORCE OF THE TAMIL NADU ADVOCATES WELFARE FUND (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Advocates

Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Tamil Nadu Act 39 of 2024), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the

3rd  January,  2025 as the  date on which clause (c)  of section 4 and the remaining sections except clauses (a) and

(b) of section 4 of the said Act shall come into force.
