conferred by clause (b) of sub-section of Section 9 of

the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following

amendment to the Notification No.II(2)/CTR/1103/2024

published on page 710 of Part II—Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 47, dated 27.11.2024.

Amendment

For the expression “Rs.2,10,00,000/- (Rupees Two

Crore and Ten Lakh only)” appearing in the said Notification,

the expression “Rs.3,10,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore and

Ten Lakh only)” shall be substituted.

Order:- No.129, Home (Police - XIX), dated

December 2024.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Chendur Fincorp

Private Limited, Tiruchirappalli, a financial establishment,

have defaulted the return of deposits made by the

depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable properties

ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first read

above, the immovable property specified in the Schedule

to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the

said financial establishment from and out of the deposits

collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim Order

attaching the immovable property of the defaulted financial

establishment, namely, Messrs Chendur Fincorp Private

Limited, functioned at No.C56, 4th Cross, Sivagami

Towers, Thillai Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, as specified in

the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control

over the said immovable property to the Competent

Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District

Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District appointed under

the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Tiruchirappalli District is requested to pursue

further action in accordance with the procedure laid

down in sub-sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the

said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the

Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court

for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors

(in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is

requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent

Authority and District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli

District, in filing the application before the Special Court

constituted under the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Alpha FX Markets

Limited, Coimbatore District, a financial establishment, has

defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the movable properties specified

in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have been

procured by the said financial establishment from and

out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim Order attaching

the movable property of the accused/family members of

the accused/ introduce broker agents of the defaulted

financial establishment, namely, Messrs Alpha FX Markets

Limited, functioned at A4 Plot No.159, Ashok Nagar,

Kalapatty, Coimbatore, as specified in the Schedule

to this Order and transfers the control over the said

movable property to the Competent Authority, namely,
