WOMAN (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025 (TAMIL NADU ACT 5 OF 2025)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of

Harassment of Woman (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Tamil Nadu Act 5 of 2025), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby appoints the 25th day of January, 2025 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
