published in page 508 of Part II—Section 2 of the

No. II(2)/ECCF/132/2025.—In exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act 1882

(Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land

within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below

as a reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar

(Forest Settlement), Sivagangai, ex-officio to be the Forest

Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c)

of the said section in respect of the said area.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Universal Trading

Solutions Private Limited, Coimbatore District, a financial

establishment, has defaulted the return of deposits made

by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the properties

ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first and

second read above, the movable and immovable properties

specified in the Schedule to this Order are alleged to have

been procured by the said financial establishment from and

out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching

the movable and immovable properties in the name of

the accused No.2 - G.Ramesh, Proprietor of the defaulted

financial establishment, M/s.Universal Trading Solutions

Private Limited, functioned at Door No.3, VCS Enclave,

B.R.Puram, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, and his benami and

accused No.3 N.Kanagaraj, as specified in the Schedule to

this Order and transfers the control over the said movable

and immovable properties to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in

sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also

the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules,

1997.

the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a

number of depositors that Messrs Muthu Land Developers

Private Limited, Messrs Muthu Vilas Chits Private Limited,

Messrs Nellai Muthu Vilas Sweets and Groups and

Thanganagai Siru Semippu Thittam, Coimbatore District,

the financial establishments, have defaulted the return of

deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishments are not likely to return

the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, the immovable property specified

in the Schedule to this Order is alleged to have been

procured by the said financial establishment from and out

of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable property purchased by the accused

the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control over

the said immovable property to the Competent Authority,

namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Coimbatore District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in

sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and

also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection

of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Rules, 1997.

3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the

Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial

Establishments) Act, 1997, Coimbatore is requested to

render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Coimbatore District in filing

the application before the Special Court constituted under

the said Act.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a

number of depositors that Messrs Sri Krishna Real Estate,

Tirunelveli, a financial establishment, has defaulted the

return of deposits made by the depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND

WHEREAS,

the

immovable

properties

specified in serial numbers 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,

13 and 14 of the Schedule to this Order are alleged to

have been procured by the said financial establishment

from and out of the deposits collected from the

depositors;

AND WHEREAS, since the properties proposed

above are not sufficient for repayment to the depositors

and other properties that are procured from and out

of the deposits not available, it is proposed to attach the

immovable properties specified in serial numbers 1, 4

and 15 of the Schedule to this Order, which were

purchased before the commencement of the said financial

establishment;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order

attaching the immovable properties of the defaulted

financial establishment Messrs Sri Krishna Real Estate,

functioned at Door No.155, Priyam Plaza, Santhi Pillaiyar

Kovil North Side, West Car Street, Tirunelveli Town and

District, as specified in the Schedule to this Order and

transfers the control over the said immovable properties to

the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Tirunelveli District, appointed

under the said Act.

No. II(2)/TCRE/142/2025— WHEREAS, the Government

of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient monument

specified in the Schedule below requires protection under

the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and

Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu

Act 25 of 1966);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the said Act, the Governor

of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of the

intention to declare the said ancient monuments to be

protected monuments;

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken

into consideration on or after the expiry of two months

from the date of publication of this Notification in the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or

suggestion, which may be received with respect to thereof,

from any person interested in the said ancient monuments

before the expiry of the said period of two months will be

considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Objections

or Suggestions if any, should be addressed to the Principal

Secretary to Government, Tourism, Culture and Religious

Endowments Department, Fort St. George, Secretariat,

பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) ஆம் உட்பிரிவில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள

அதிகாரங்களின் படி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்கூறிய

பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட நினைவுச் சின்னமாகக

அறிவிக்க தாம் ககருதுவதாகக குறிப்பிட்டு, இதற்கு இரண்டு மாத

கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்.

இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும்

நாள்

தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கக

ருதிபப்பார்க்கும். மறுப்புரைககள் அல்லது

ஆல�ோசனைககள் எவையேனும் இருப்பின் அவற்றை அரசு

முதன்மைச் செயலாளர், சுற்றுலா, பண்பாடு மற்றும் அறநிலையங்கள்

துறை, புனித செயின்ட் ஜார்ஜ் க�ோட்டை, தலைமைச் செயலககம்,

சென்னை - 600 009 என்ற முககவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
