NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMILNADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

(TAMILNADU ACT 34 OF 2002)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to

be acquired the Wet, Dry and Manavari lands (Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project) Highways for providing road

connectivity from Mahabalipuram to Ennore port in No.73. Punnapakkam (Block-1) Village, Uthukottai Taluk of

Tiruvallur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the

lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer Chennai Peripheral Ring Road

Project, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act,

2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby Additional lands acquires the Wet, Dry and Manavari lands specified in the schedule

below and measuring to an extent 03397 Sq.mtrs of lands in No.73.Punnapakkam Village (Block – I) in Uthukottai

Taluk of Tiruvallur District, to the same, a little more or less needed for the Highway purposes for providing Road

Connectivity from Mahabalipuram to Ennore Port.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition), Highways-I,

Tiruvallur @Ambattur (Office address), and office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Unit -II, Highways -I,

Tiruvallur may be inspected at any time during office hours.

acquired for Industrial Purposes to wit for the Doubling of Broad-Gauge Railway Line between Eraniel and Parassala in

Kappiyarai ‘B’ Village of Kalkulam Taluk in Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been decided that the amount

of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Southern

Railways. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for

Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule

below measuring 44801 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purpose to wit for the
