NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be
acquired for highways purpose for Formation of High Level Bridge in No.47.Kattupakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk
of Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands
is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (H), CMDA, Division - 1. The following
notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub – section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 2339 Sq.
mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the purpose for formation of High Level Bridge in No.47.Kattupakkam
Village, Poonamallee Taluk of Tiruvallur District.
The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA-2), Highways Projects,
Tiruvallur and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquistion – 2), Unit – IV, Higways Projects, Tiruvallur and
may be inspected on any day during office hours.

NOTICE UNDER SUB SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001

No.VI(1)/ 111(b-3)/2025.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be
acquired for highway purposes of Road “Widening Tiruvannamalai Central Bus stand in Tiruvannamalai Town,
Tiruvannamalai Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation
to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Highways Department . The
following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act
34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub – section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below measuring an extent of 1901.20
Sq. mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the highway purposes of Road “Widening Tiruvannamalai
Central Bus stand in Tiruvannamalai Town, Tiruvannamalai Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District”.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), State Highways, Viluppuram
and in the O/o. Special Tahsildar (L.A), State Highways (Unit-2), Revenue Divisional Office, Tindivanam Salai,
Tiruvannamalai District and may be inspected on any day during office hours.
