NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR

INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below has to be

acquired for industrial purposes, for the formation of 'Corridor - 5 – 07 Shastri Nagar Metro Station' and having

already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the

funds managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Ltd. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of

the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act, 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997

(Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule

below and measuring 42 Sq.mt (or) 452.088 Sq.ft., to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes,

to wit, for the Formation of 'Corridor - 5 - 07 Shastri Nagar Metro Station'.

The plans of the land is kept in the Office of The Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail

Limited, Chennai which may be inspected during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are to be

acquired for the Highways Department to wit for the “Widening of two-way road into four-way road at km from 6/5

- 9/2 Vadakovai to Maruthamalai Road” in Vadavalli Village, Perur Taluk of Coimbatore District and it having already

been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled

or managed by Chief Engineer, Highways (Nabard & Rural Roads), Chennai. The following notice is issued under

sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of

1858 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for the “Widening of two-way road into four-way road at km

from 6/5 - 9/2 Vadakovai to Maruthamalai Road” in Vadavalli Village, Perur Taluk of Coimbatore District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways in Coimbatore

may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired

for the Highways purpose of “Widening & Strengthening of Two lanes to Four lanes from Tiruvannamalai – Harur

Road (Via Thanipadi) in SH-6A” in Malaiyanur Chekkadi Village, Thandarampattu Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District

and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out

of the funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1)

of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub – section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 991 Sq.mtrs

to the same a little more or less needed for highways purpose of “Widening & Strengthening of Two lanes to Four

lanes from Tiruvannamalai – Harur Road (Via Thanipadi) in SH-6A” in Malaiyanur Chekkadi Village, Thandarampattu

Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Villupuram,

and in the O/o Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition), Highways (Unit- 2), Revenue Divisional Office, Tindivanam Salai,

Tiruvannamalai District may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the

Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 267 Sq.mtrs

of Dry Lands to the same a little more or less needed for Highways Purpose for “Widening from Two Lane to Four

Lane from Vellimedupettai to Pondy Road (via) Mailam” in Deevanur Village, Tindivanam Taluk of Villupuram District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), State Highways, Villupuram

and in the O/o the Special Tahsildar (LA), Highways, Villupuram functioning on the 1st Floor of the Superintending

Engineer (Construction & Maintenance), Highways Office, Vazhuthareddy, Villuppuram which may be inspected on any

day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be

acquired for the Highways purpose of “Widening of Two lanes to Four lanes from Thiruvannamalai to Harur Road

(via.Thanipadi) in SH-6A” in Reddiyapalayam Village, Thandarampattu Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District and it

having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the

funds controlled or managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of

section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act.2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Taluk of Tiruvannamalai District.

The plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (L.A), Highways, Villupuram,

and in the O/o Special Tahsildar, (Land Acquisition), Highways (Unit- 2), Revenue Divisional Office, Tindivanam Salai,

Tiruvannamalai District may be inspected on any day during office hours.
