NOTIFICATION UNDER THE TAMIL NADU TRANSPARENCY IN TENDERS ACT.

AMENDMENTS TO NOTIFICATION

No. II(2)/FIN/231(d)/2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency

in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the

following amendments to the Finance Department Notification in No.II(2)/FIN/102(d-4)/2024 published

at page 2 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the

27th February 2024:-

Amendments.

In said notification, for the expression “Centre for Development of Additional Computing (C-DAC)”,

the expression “Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC)” shall be substituted;

2. “for the expression “Health Management Information System (HMIS) 2.0 in Government Kilpauk

Medical College, Chennai”, the expression “Health Management Information System (HMIS) 3.0 in

Government Kilpauk Medical College Hospital” shall be substituted;
