and jurisdiction of members of the Delhi Special Police

Establishment in the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu

for registration of First Information Report (FIR) for

Task Branch, Chennai under section 120-B read with

sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code (Central

Act XLV of 1860) and under section 13(2) read with

sections 13(1)(a) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of

for cheating the Indian Bank to a tune of Rs.3.56 crores.

ORDER:-No.32, Home (Police-XIX), dated 25th February 2025.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Parivar Dairies and

Allied Limited, Gwalior and Messrs PDA Foundation New

Delhi, have defaulted the return of deposits made by the

depositors after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishments are not likely to return

the deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable and

immovable

properties

ad-interimly

attached

the

Government Order first, second and third read above, the

immovable properties specified in the Schedule to this Order

are alleged to have been procured by the said financial

establishments from and out of the deposits collected from

the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997, (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of

Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching

the immovable properties of the defaulted financial

establishments, namely, Messrs Parivar Dairies and Allied

Limited, Gwalior, its sister concerns and others as specified

in the Schedule to this Order and transfers the control

over the said immovable properties to the Competent

Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District

Revenue Officer, Madurai District appointed under the said

Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Madurai District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in

sub-sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also

the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules,

1997.

3.The Special Government Pleader, Special Court

for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai, is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Madurai District in filing the

application before the Special Court constituted under the

said Act.

எழுவினாாவுடன் திருநெெல்வே�லி தொ�ொழிலாாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின்

தீர்ப்புக்காாக அனுப்புவது அவசியமெென்று தமிழ்நாாடு ஆளுநர்

அவர்கள் கருதுவதாாலும்; 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொ�ொழிற்

தகராாறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV / 1947) 10 (1) (c)

பிரிவிலும், 10 (1) (d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனை�யிலும்

வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாாரங்களைைக் கொ�ொண்டு தமிழ்நாாடு ஆளுநர்

conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 118 of the

Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 [Tamil Nadu

Act 9 of 1999], the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

withdraws the land situated within the boundaries of

Avaniperur West Face Village, Idappadi Taluk, Idappadi

Municipality, Salem District with the total extent as
