This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under

section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement

Act 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013).

No family is eligible for Rehabilitation and Resettlement compensation in this village. Survey

Number of lands to be acquired in Vadakkuveli Village in Kilvelur Taluk in Nagapattinam District, area 16.20.00

(in Hectares) Mines of Coal, iron stone , slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion

of the said land, except such parts of the Mines and Minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used

during the construction phase of the Project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.

2013 ஆம் ஆண்டு நிலம் கைையகப்படுத்துதலில் நியாயமான சரியீடு பெெறுவதற்கும் மற்றும் ஒளிவுமறைைவின்மைைக்கும் மறுவாழ்வு

மற்றும் மறுகுடியமர்விற்காான உரிமைைச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச்சட்டம் 30/2013) 15 ஆம் பிரிவின் கீழ் வகைை செெய்யப்பட்டவாறு, பற்றுள்ள

நபரின் மறுப்புரைைகளைை

கே�ட்ட பின்னரும், உரிய விசாாரணை†க்குப் பின்னரும் இந்த விளம்புகைை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நிலம் கைையகப்படுத்துவதன் காாரணமாக மறுகுடியமர்வுக்கு வாய்ப்பான குடும்பங்கள் ஏதுமில்லைை. நாகப்பட்டினம் மாவட்டம்
