Under Clause (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby allocates the

subjects “Milk & Dairy Development” to Thiru T. Mano Thangaraj appointed as Minister in the Government Order

8th read above. Consequent on the above allocation, Thiru T. Mano Thangaraj be designated as Minister for Milk &

Dairy Development.
