In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 120 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections)

Rules, 1995 and sub-rule (2) of rule 129 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023 and in supersession of the

Notification No.VI(2)/98(a-1)/2019, published at Page No.1-3, of Part VI—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette

Extraordinary No.407, Dated 25.10.2019, the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission hereby prescribes the following

format to keep account of election expenses by a candidate or his/her election agent:-

பராாமரிக்க வே•ண்டிய பதிவே•ட்டின் படிவம்

ஏதே�னும் அரசியல் கட்சியின் சாார்பாாக நிறுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தால்,

என்னாலும் எனது முகவராலும் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டு எனது ஆதரவாளராலும் என்னை� ஆதரித்த ……………………………… கட்சியாலும்

செெய்யப்பட்ட எல்லா தே�ர்தல் செெலவினங்களும் அடங்கியுள்ளன. எவைையும் விடுபடவில்லைை என உறுதி அளிக்கிறேேŽன்.

மே�ற்காணும் செெலவினங்களுக்கான பட்டியல்கள் (Vouchers) என்னிடம் உள்ளன எனவும் உறுதி கூறுகிறேேŽன்.

1. தே�ர்தல் பயன்பாாட்டிற்காக பொ�ொருட்களாகவோ’ோ அல்லது வாகன வசதி முதலிய சே�வைையாாகவோ’ோ பெெற்றிருந்தாலும் அதன்

பயன்பாாட்டினை� பணமாகக் குறிப்பிட்டு கணக்கில் காட்டப்பட வே’ண்டும்.

2. தே�ர்தல் செெலவினப் பதிவே’ட்டின் நகலைை தாக்கல் செெய்யும்போ�ோது, மே�ற்படி செெலவினத் தொ�ொகைை தொ�ொடர்பாான

செெலவினப்பட்டியலைை (Voucher) தாக்கல் செெய்யப்பட வே’ண்டியதில்லைை. ஆனால் செெலவினப்பட்டியல் வே’ட்பாாளரால்

பரா�மரிக்கப்பட வே’ண்டும். தொ�ொடர்புடைைய விதிகள் கீழ் கோ�ோர நேேரிட்டால் இப்பட்டியல் தாக்கல் செெய்யப்பட வே’ண்டும்.

In pursuance of sub-rule (3) of rule 120 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995 and sub – rule (3)

of rule 129 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023 and in supersession of the Notification No.VI(2)/18(b)/2022,

published at Page No.1-2, of Part VI—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.93, dated 04.02.2022

the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission, directs that all the contesting candidates in the elections listed out in column

(2) of the Table below shall lodge a true copy of their accounts of election expenses kept by them or by their respective

election agent or agents, under sub-rule (1) of rule 120 and sub-rule (1) of rule 129 respectively of the said Rules in the

format prescribed in S.O.No.18/2022/TNSEC/EE2, dated.03.02.2022 in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (2) of

rule 120 and sub-rule (2) of rule 129 of the said Rules respectively with the officers mentioned in the corresponding entry

in column (3) of the Table, within one month from the date of declaration of the result of the said elections.
