NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION (15) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001
(TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002)

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below to be acquired
for the Highways Department to wit for the Construction of ROB, at Km 0/4 Cauvery South Bank in lieu of L.C.No.248
at Railway Km 331/1-2 in between Srirangam and Trichy Town Railway Stations and it having already been decided that
the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed
by Highways Department .The following notice issued under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways
Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub section 1 of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor
of Tamil Nadu is hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring an extent of 588 Square
Meters of lands in Ward -F, Block-7 T.S.No.53 in Devathanam Village, Tiruchirappalli East Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District
the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for the Construction of ROB, at Km 0/4 Cauvery
South Bank in lieu of L.C.No.248 at Railway Km 331/1-2 in between Srirangam and Trichy Town Railway Stations.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Office of the Special District Revenue Officer (LA), Highways, Tiruchirappalli
may be inspected on any day during office hours.

6.40 Km) in Pakkuvetti Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and it having already been decided that the
entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by

NOTICE

a little more or less needed for Highways purpose, to wit for the formation of Kamuthi By- pass road branching from
Km 16/4 Mudukulathur-Kamuthi Road(MDR) and joining at Km 30/0 of Parthibanur-Kamuthi-Aruppukottai road (SH-47)
