APPOINTMENT OF REGIONAL JOINT DIRECTOR OF INDUSTRIES AND COMMERCE UNDER THE TAMIL NADU

PUBLIC PREMISES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) ACT, 1975.

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised

Occupants) Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1976), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints Regional Joint

Director of Industries and Commerce, Office of the Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce,

SIDCO Corporate Office Building, Thiru.Vi.Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai-600 032 as the Estate Officer for the

purpose of exercising the powers conferred and to perform the duties imposed by or under the said Act in respect

of the property vested with the Industries Commissioner and Department of Industries and Commerce situated

within the premises of Tamil Nadu Leather Development Corporation Limited (TALCO), Leather Industries Estate,

Madhavaram, Chennai.
