In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Public Buildings

(Licensing) Amendment Act, 2024 (Tamil Nadu Act 13 of 2025), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints

the 27th day of May 2025, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
