Whereas, it appears to the Government that a total of 0.97.00 Hectares of land is required in the Sirangadu

and Thethupatti Villages of Dindigul West Taluk of Dindigul District for a public purpose, namely, Excavation of Canal

from Nayodai Reservoir Scheme through The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Now, therefore, a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 0.96.0 Hectares in the Sirangadu

and 0.01.0 Hectares in the Thethupatti Villages of Dindigul West Taluk in Dindigul District is under acquisition for the

above said project in whose detailed description is as follows:

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under section 15 of The Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013(Central Act 30 of 2013). No family is likely to be resettled due to land acquisition.

Mines of coal, iron-stones, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said land, except such parts of the mines and minerals

which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the construction phase of the Project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.

A Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector, Dindigul and Office of the Land Acquisition Officer / Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul on

any working day during the working hours.

In the case of irrigation project, as far as possible and

in lieu of compensation to be paid for land acquired, a

minimum of one acre of land in the command area of

the project for which the land is acquired and in case of

land owner belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the

Scheduled Tribes will be provided land equivalent to land

acquired or two and a one-half acres, whichever is lower.

twenty per cent, of the developed land will be reserved

நிலத்துக்கு நிலம்

நீர்மின் திட்டம் எனில், இயன்றவரைை விவசாய

நிலத்தைை இழந்திருக்கின்ற ஒவ்வொ�ொரு

குடும்பத்தாருக்கும் குறைைந்தபட்சம் ஒரு ஏக்கர்

நிலத்தைை வழங்குதல் வே�ண்டும். அட்டவணை�

சாதி/பழங்குடியினத்தைை சே�ர்ந்தவர்களாக

இருந்தால், கைையகப்படுத்தப்பட்ட நிலத்திற்கு

இணை�யான நிலம் அல்லது இரண்டரைை ஏக்கர்

நிலம் (எது குறைைவோ�ோ) கொ�ொடுக்க வே�ண்டும்.

நில எடுப்பு செெய்யப்பட உள்ள நிலத்தில்

ஏற்கனவே� சில புலங்களில் பாசன வாய்க்கால்

அமைைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாலும், நில உரிமைைதாரர்கள்

அட்டவணை�, சாதி/பழங்குடியினத்தைை

சே�ர்ந்தவர்களாக இல்லாததாலும் இவ்வகைையான

மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள் குடியமர்வு வழங்க

தே�வைையில்லைை.

நிலத்திற்கு விருப்பறிவிப்பு

நிலம் நகரமைைப்பின் நோ�ோக்கங்களுக்காக

கைையகப்படுத்தப் பட்டிருக்கும் பொ�ொழுது, வளர்ச்சி

மே�ம்பாட்டுக்கு 20 நிலத்தைை ஒதுக்கீடு செெய்தல்

வே�ண்டும்.

இத்திட்டம் நகரமயமாக்கல் திட்டத்தின்கீழ்

வரவில்லைை என்பதால், மறுவாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள்

குடியமர்வு வழங்க தே�வைையில்லைை.

இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் வே�லைை

உருவாக்கப்பட்டால், குடும்பத்தில்

ஒருவருக்காவது வே�லைை கொ�ொடுப்பது/ஒரேே முறைை

வழங்கும் ரூ.5,00,000/- (ரூபாய் ஐந்து லட்சம்) /

ஆண்டுத் தொ�ொகைை வழங்குதல்.

வே�லைைவாய்ப்பைை உருவாக்கும் திட்டத்துடன்

தொ�ொடர்புடைையது இல்லைை என்பதால், இக்கே�ள்வி

எழைைவில்லைை.

வாழ்வாதார மான்யம்

பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ஒவ்வொ�ொரு குடும்பத்தினருக்கும்

ஓரா�ண்டு காலத்திற்கு மாதம்ஒன்றிற்கு

ரூ.3000/-க்கு இணை�யான வாழ்வாதார

மான்யம் வழங்க வே�ண்டும்.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் குடியிருப்புகள் ஏதும்

கவரப்படவில்லைை. எனவே� இவ்வகைை நிவாரணம்

வழங்கத்தே�வைையில்லைை.

போ�ோக்குவரத்து செெலவுகள்

வெ�ளியே�ற்றப்படும் குடும்பத்தினருக்கு

போ�ோக்குவரத்து செெலவாக ஒரேே நேேரத்தில்

ஐம்பதாயிரம் ரூபாய் கொ�ொடுக்கப்படுதல்

வே�ண்டும்.

இந்நில எடுப்பில் குடியிருப்புகள் ஏதும்

கவரப்படவில்லைை.எனவே� மாற்று இடத்திற்கு செெல்ல

வே�ண்டிய அவசியமில்லைை.

கால்நடைை கொ�ொட்டில் /

பெெட்டிக் கடைைகள் செெலவு

பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்பத்தினர் கால்நடைை

கொ�ொட்டில்/பெெட்டிக் கடைை கட்டிக் கொ�ொள்வதற்கு

குறைைந்தபட்சம் ரூ.25,000/- நிதி உதவியைை ஒரேே

தடவைையில் பெெறுவர்.

இந்நேேர்வில், மாட்டுக் கொ�ொட்டகைை மற்றும் பெெட்டிக்

கடைை ஏதுமில்லைை.

வியாபாரி எவருமில்லைை என்பதால் இவ்வகைையான

நீர்ப்பாசனத்திட்டம்/நீர்மின் திட்டத்தால்,

பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்பத்தினருக்கு

அணை�க்கட்டுகளில் மீன் பிடிப்பதற்கு உரிமைை

அளித்தல்.

இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் நீர்த்தே�க்கங்கள் ஏதும்

இப்பகுதியில் இல்லாததால், இவ்வகைையான மறுவாழ்வு

மற்றும் மீள்குடியமர்வு வழங்க தே�வைையில்லைை.

அதற்கான முத்திரைை தீர்வைை மற்றும் இதர

கட்டணங்களைை தே�வைை குழு செெலுத்துதல்

வே�ண்டும்.

ஆர்ஜிதம் செெய்யப்படவுள்ள நிலத்தில் ஏற்கனவே�

சில புலங்களில் வாய்க்கால் அமைைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால்

இவ்வகைையான மறு வாழ்வு மற்றும் மீள்குடியமர்வு

வழங்க தே�வைையில்லைை.
