ஏற்படும் செெலவினங்களைை அந்தந்த நல வாாரியங்களின் நிதி

No. II(2)/CTR/584/2025.— In exercise of the powers

conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 9

of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899),

the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following

amendment to the Notification No.II(2)/CTR/334/2024

Published in page 230 of Part II—Section 2 of the

Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.18, dated 01.05.2024

for utilizing 3-Stamp balance amount of Rs.3,10,561/-

for the Policies to be issued by the Oriental Insurance

Company Limited, Corporate Business Regional Officer,

For the expression "31.03.2025" appearing in the

substituted.

No. II(2)/HO/587/2025.—Under Section 6 of the

Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central

Act 25 of 1946), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby

makes the following amendment to the Home Department

Notification No.II(2)/HO/255/2025, published at page 224 in

Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette,

dated the 26th March 2025:-

Amendment.

In the said Notification,-

(1) for the expression "under section 120-B read with

sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act

XLV of 1860) and under section 13(2) read with sections

13(1)(a) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act,

1988 (as amended in 2018)", the expression "section 120-B

read with sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code,

section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) and section 13(2)

order attaching the immovable properties of the said

financial establishment under section 3 of the said Act

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Elfin E.Com Private

Limited, Tiruchirappalli District, a financial establishment,

has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable properties

ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first read

above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule

to this order are alleged to have been procured by the

said financial establishment from and out of the deposits

collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor

of Tamil Nadu, hereby, makes an ad-interim order

attaching the immovable properties of the defaulted

financial establishment, namely, Messrs Elfin E.Com

Private Limited, Tiruchirappalli District, as specified

in the Schedule to this order and transfers the

control over the said immovable properties to the

Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and

District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District appointed

under the said Act.

2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Tiruchirappalli District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-

sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also

the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules,

1997.

3. The Government Pleader, Special Court for the

Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District in filing

the application before the Special Court constituted under

the said Act.

Order:- No. 73, Home (Police XIX), dated 15th May 2025.

WHEREAS, complaints have been received from

a number of depositors that Messrs Elfin E.Com Private

Limited, Tiruchirappalli District, a financial establishment,

has defaulted the return of deposits made by the depositors

after maturity;

AND WHEREAS, the Government are satisfied that

the said financial establishment is not likely to return the

deposits to the depositors and hence, the Government

have to protect the interests of such depositors;

AND WHEREAS, in addition to the movable properties

ad-interimly attached in the Government Order first read

above, the immovable properties specified in the Schedule

to this Order are alleged to have been procured by the

said financial establishment from and out of the deposits

collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers

conferred by section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act,

1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu

hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable

properties of the defaulted financial establishment, namely,

M/s.Elfin E.Com Private Limited, Tiruchirappalli District,

as specified in the Schedule to this Order and transfers

the control over the said immovable properties to the

Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and

District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District appointed

under the said Act.

2) The Competent Authority and District Revenue

Officer, Tiruchirappalli District is requested to pursue further

action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub-

sections (3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act and also

the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of

Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules,

1997.

3) The Government Pleader, Special Court for

the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in

Financial Establishments) Act, 1997, Madurai is requested

to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority

and District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli District in

filing the application before the Special Court constituted

under the said Act.
